When you fill in a form or email us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, location and the details of the work you describe. If you call us, we may note the same details so we can quote and schedule the job.
Your information is used to reply to your enquiry, provide a quote, carry out the work and keep records of jobs we have completed. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.
Enquiries are received by Peak Electric. We use standard email and website hosting providers to deliver and store those messages. Information may also be shared where we are legally required to, such as electrical certification and safety records.
We keep enquiry and job records for as long as we need them for the work, warranty questions and any legal or tax obligations that apply to electrical work in New Zealand.
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted where we are not required to keep it. Email Kieran@peakelectric.co.nz or call 027 842 7923 and we will sort it out.
This website uses only the basic cookies needed for the site to work. We do not use them to identify you personally.
